The General Secretariat welcomes visitors and auditors of the Arts Council building that they would like to receive
Our list should have the following:

1- It should be the character of the gentlemen
The visitor heads to the audience building next to the general shape of the template.

Requesting the public service to issue an entry permit to meet the concerned person in the public and a break of up to two years serving the public from coordinating the visit with the concerned person and issuing the appropriate permit.
Complete the work procedures to the office of the person concerned with the video.

2- Official visits
Coordination takes place between the directorates of the General Secretariat regarding the names of the official guests, whether to meet the Speaker of the House of Representatives, members of the House of Representatives, members of the permanent office, the Secretary-General, or employees of the General Secretariat, guests and invitees of the committees, with the Director of Public Service and the Commander of the Council’s Guard to receive them and secure their entry with ease and ease from the main door Parliament and in coordination with the Directorate of Public Relations.

3- School visits and delegations
Coordination between the concerned authority and the general secretariat is based on a letter from the concerned authority addressed to the Secretary-General of the House of Representatives.
Coordination takes place between the directorates of the General Secretariat to set the date of the visit and to receive the visiting delegation and accompany it by the staff of the Directorate of Public Relations and Public Service.
